It has taken 5 weeks to repair a washing machine. The company they that American Home Shield uses is Axis Appliance Repair have just been horrible. The worst thing about the whole experience is call centers based in the Philippines with no ability to resolve the issue. Both AHS and Axis have call centers overseas, so you cant talk to someone and resolve the issue. They just put you off. Write a ticket. Schedule another week out. Then tell you the part didnt arrive. Then it wasn't delivered. They always call on a Friday and schedule for the money so that can say it didnt arrive and they can move it to Friday and the cycle goes on. Nothing is resolved. Another week of waiting.
