Don't be fooled by a pretty pool, they are frauds.
Many reviews talk of them being punctual but they don't have a set time to arrive, just a set day of the week. They do make your pool "look" good, but unless you check the filter yourself, test the chemicals every day yourself, and don't check equipment to see if they are causing stress and buildup of filth, you'll never know that you are being cheated. I fired them after 4 years of covering up their cheats and shortcuts, failing to repair broken equipment, mysteriously increasing monthly fees by $5.00 without explanation, the totally disregarding requests not to block through traffic, being aggressive and intimidating/bullying to me, property manager of elderly clients. One tech left a bottle of urine in our driveway, another one slapped me in the rear end, accused me of throwing objects at him, intentionally blocked the traffic in driveway when they have a dedicated spot closest to the pool. Ignored pump problems and allowed algae to grow out of control and neglected the filter by only back washing. It cost almost $700.00 to fix the mess they left behind, but the pool basically "looked" clean. Office staff is friendly until you have a complaint. She will apologize at first and promise to make it right, then goes full scale nasty. They won't respond to letters of demand, owner is known to be a bully too. We were great customers until the aggressive behavior began, then it went downhill. Still filing reports because it is horrifying to feel like someone is trying to take command of your property and intimidate you and taking advantage of elderly owners. The story is lengthy, but it all ended in a matter of 3 weeks of sheer attacks on us, unprovoked. I think the positive reviews are either fake or the client just hasn't found out yet. Let me know if you ever actually see them take your filter apart to clean it. They will charge you, but ours was severely neglected and filthy--overloaded with DE to where you could barely lift the filter grids from the tank. We had Phil and Nick, Robin was the leader of the mob. She was so sugar sweet as long as we paid our bills which was always without question and on time. We didn't question anything until it all fell apart. Then they leave you in the dust and make sure they arrange it to where they claim to have fired you, but they give a reason that is false and doesn't even make sense. They are not striving to be the BEST, they are getting away with not knowing what they're doing, or doing what they want and charging you for premium service. They run and hide when you call them out and demand answers. They left us very shaken-up.
