A fun festival without empathy at its core
The festival might be a great experience, but they lack values and empathy in difficult circumstances. I had an accident 2 weeks before the festival thus had to cancel it. I knew I couldn't sell through their reselling platform (only possible way), and was aware of the terms and conditions, however I decided to email the festival to explain the situation including supporting documents. I received a cold generic response denying any refund, even partial.Their lack of emphaty reflects their real values.
