I run a hospital kitchen and there was a problem with software licensing and at first Commoncents reps tried hard to get us up and running but days turned into weeks with little to explanation as my staff tore itself apart with all of the added stress that literally doubled my service time making 170 patients wait for every meal and just cause problems for countless people.
i don't feel like Commoncents made an effort to fix these issues that still have not been resolved i would not work with this company there has to be other choices in this space. Commoncents basically has held us hostage for weeks look elsewhere!
