Ways passed their promised deadline, the photobook that took ages to create due to their extremely basic and cumbersome software, still hasn't arrived. After continued postponements and false promises their customer service team no doesn't even respond anymore. After having tried Mixbook and Shutterfly in the past, this is by far the worst experience with a photobook creation website.
