They don't deserve a 1star. Dirk completed an appraisal on my house which is a tri-level house 29 years old. He compared it to 52, 54, and 109 years old ranch houses. It's house that are 40-35 years old even the same age my house that he did not compare it to AND also a tr-level house. I spoke to someone there and they stated he has 34 years of experience. He need to go back to school because that's unexperience with this appraisal!!! Don't use them RUN!!!!!
