Horrible experience!!
My daughter visited here in June 2025 and I have to say they are the most unprofessional, egotistical people I have ever come across. They preyed into my daughters issues, they have no respect for personal space or privacy and I found them incredibly rude and immature. This isn’t a place of therapy at all. I have heard they fiddle their accounts too so they can buy more ponies. Save your money and go somewhere else that’s my advice!
