I wish I could give them a zero. My car was recently towed from in front of my friend's home on the evening of the 6th. We promptly contacted them and retrieved our car at 9 :30 pm, only to find out that the brakes had gone bad. My car was on emergency brakes when it got towed. Took it to the service center only to find out all the front and reak brakes are messed up and quote of $2200 given to us. After many phone calls was able to talk to someone called "Buddy" who was super rude, stating my car is rusted, sat there for a while and I parked illegally and that he won't be paying for the damages and cut the phone without giving me a chance to talk to explain. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from anyone. Bottomline This costed us $370 +$2200 = $2570.
They are not even on BBB. I would have complained there otherwise. So beware. Please see if your car is in good condition before driving out of their tow yard and signing that receipt with FINE PRINTS.
