Big Black Bug on top of my bed
I was met with a big black bug on top of my bed after the fireworks show at 3 am on Independence Day, upon returning to my room. I notified the front desk, and they wanted us to transfer rooms. I told them I would rather have a refund, and they told me that I should've transferred rooms at 3 am and wouldn't give me a refund. I don't recommend this hotel, but one of the surrounding ones.
