🚨 AVOID THIS COMPANY – DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNTRUSTWORTHY 🚨
I paid a £500 deposit for a tipper that was to be financed. At no point did Aaron inform me that the deposit was non-refundable, nor did I sign any legal agreement with the company.
They sent paperwork for me to sign, but the sale never progressed because they refused to sign the standard consumer Terms & Conditions with the finance company — meaning they would take no responsibility if anything went wrong with the vehicle. That alone should be a serious red flag for anyone considering buying from them.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this amicably, they are now making ludicrous and baseless allegations to justify withholding my money. Fortunately, I have full proof of everything and will pursue legal action if necessary.
Do yourself a favour — steer well clear. If this is how they behave before a sale is even completed, imagine what happens after they have your money.
