Never have a wetroom from this firm
Preston Plumbing and Heating installed a wetroom shower for us last year. The night they finished the job, the floor flooded into the hallway. I called them back several times and advised that the drain was not taking away the water and there was no slope on the floor. I was told that it was my fault because of the tiles I had picked. They put a dam across the entrance and walked away saying there was nothing more they could do. I have now had 12 months of mopping up water after every shower. To try and resolve the issues, I have just had an expert in today and he has said it is the worst job he has ever seen. The whole floor will have to be ripped out and start again. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.
