Discrimination and poor service at Krungsri Bank, The Mall, Bang Kapi

This bank treats customers very badly. This bank offers a Western Union (WU) service but fails abysmally in delivering the promises of transfers.

My friend has made multiple visits to collect (WU) money transfers and each time, the staff are either incompetent and just refuse to offer service. A few times, my friend was refused the collection of a money transfer. At other times after some fuss, she managed to collect the funds.

There appears to be some discrepancy and even discrimination practised in this bank in how they look down on people from Myanmar. How Krungsri are even serving customers is shocking as they treat each customer differently. This is shambolic service and steeped in discrimination. The bank officer even asked my friend what she s doing in Thailand. Is this the scope of the bank to question the purpose of someone visiting Thailand?

Stop serving customers if your staff cannot and refuse to offer consistent and non-discriminatory service.
