I went there 1 time because I had a coupon that was sent from Zoom to my mailbox. I expressly told the girl 3 times that I am not signing up for the monthly program. Then surprise, they charged my account $39.39. I called and the girl who answered the phone said to email their support team. I did, they canceled but again said they couldn't give a refund. I feel this was more theft, I never agreed to have my account charged. But they won't return my $39.39.
