I hired Bear Owen Paving Company to pave my driveway and parking. I paid $20,000.00 with two years warranty. Within one year the entire surface were started to pill of like dry sand and river stones. When I called TJ the son in-law to please come to see what is going on, they never even answered my call and many calls after. I also called number of times Tom the owner leaving number of messages without any response. The two years warranty is only good if the company honor it.. OBVIOUSLY, EJ AND TOM nor Bear Owen Paving Company didn't. Later I found out the reason is the surface is coming up because Bear Owen Paving Company used cold low-quality asphalt not hot enough to set as asphalt should be. I complaint about it the day they finished the job, seen all around loose rivers stones, Tom the owner told me don't worry about it, we will come and do a silk screen, well he never did. Anyone who is interested, I can send you photographs of their terrible unprofessional job, including the invoice proof of $20,000.00 Payments. Stay away from these unprofessional scam artists. EJ and Tom are working as a family team to gain your trust, and then they do a number on you. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY A WAY FROM Bear Owen Paving Company EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU HALF OF THE PRICE WHAT OTHER COMPANY WOULD GIVE YOU.
