Nightmare
Dealing with this place was a nightmare. My bank even refused to send the wire and strongly advised against doing business with them. I called their office to explain the situation, and they convinced me to send payment by credit card, which I did. Once they were paid, I heard nothing back despite numerous calls and emails. I never received the paid invoice to pick up the item until long after I left the pickup location, which was a 15-hour trip. Thankfully, the hospital employees were very understanding and let us take the item without the paid invoice. Whatever their reply to this review, it cannot make up for the frustration they caused. I should have listened to my bank and will never do business with this company again.
