DO NOT USE QUICK SHIFT MOVERS / Broken, Stolen, Damaged
**Review for Quick Shift Moving – June 2025**
I’m deeply disappointed by the outcome of my recent move with Quick Shift Moving on May 29, 2025. During the move from Atascadero, CA to Anthem, AZ, an estimated **$8,000+** in personal belongings were either **damaged or went missing**. These included precious jewelry, electronics, personal hygiene products, and—most heartbreakingly—**irreplaceable sentimental items** like wedding photos, keepsake jewelry, and a container holding my father's ashes.
Numerous items were broken beyond repair, including our wooden queen bed frame, a curved Dell computer monitor, a La-Z-Boy office chair, and fragile personal heirlooms from Italy. Other belongings simply **disappeared**, such as wedding rings, gold necklaces, Bose speakers, and unopened appliances. In addition, screws for furniture were jumbled together, rendering items unusable.
Despite attempts to resolve this directly through a formal claim, the emotional and financial toll has been heavy.
I would urge others to thoroughly document everything, take photographs before and after the move, and reconsider using this company based on our deeply unfortunate experience.
