Concordia Funeral Home, INC was responsible for providing service for my grandmother’s funeral. The service provided went well until the headstone arrived. We are now experiencing an issue with Concordia installing the headstone. We are now being told that our family is responsible for picking the headstone up from the funeral home and installing it ourselves. I have arranged several funerals for family members and I have never had to have someone pick the headstone and install it. This was all included in the agreement but is now not being honored. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue with this funeral home.
