They will not cancel your insurance despite many written requests and they will keep on billing you.
I contacted them (they were my insurance agents) to cancel my insurance (that's an official Erie Insurance procedure). I was informed that I have to write an email with the cancellation request. I did. I even sent 2 emails. One to the address that was given to me over the phone and another to the address that I used a year ago to cancel another Erie policy. And it was way ahead of renewal time...
Nevertheless, they have the audacity to send me a harassing request to pay for those renewed policies that I asked to be terminated. They didn't cancel my policies, they didn't respond to my emails, but they will for sure keep on harassing me with unlawful request to pay for those unwanted renewed policies. If this harassment doesn't stop immediately, I will be forced to take more decisive actions. ABI Insurance Agency that works on behalf of Erie Insurance is acting more like a religious sect than an honest agency. It's easy to join them, it's impossible to leave... Better for you if you choose another Erie agent.
