Want thousands in medical bills???? Pick these clowns……Had two steroid injections into my back. Healthez stated no pre-auth required…. Well these bills for thousands disagree…. Have to have a neck fusion to protect my spinal cord. Healthez states no pre-auth required. 2 healthez employees stated to my surgeon we are good to go…. Day before surgery we are not good to go…. Call them and get told I have 2 choices don’t do the surgery or sign a letter stating it is “self pay” then they will work to get it approved…. Ya right…. What insurance companies is going to pay when you signed for self pay? So now sitting here with a time-bomb in my neck…. Don’t slip, don’t get rear ended and wait on these idiots to do their jobs….
