Bill and his attorneys insist everyone has to sign a non-disclosure in order for Bill to settle.
If someone breaks a non-disclosure they will face fines, have to pay all the legal fees, be forced to return their settlement or possibly serve jail time.
Making people sign non-disclosures when suing him for his own immoral actions goes to show everyone just how corrupt he is! He knows if people find out what a liar and thief he really is, they won't entrust him with their life savings and he won't be able to use their money to keep up his lavish lifestyle and his fake persona.

We are in our senior years. We moved to an unfinished house in Hawaii to make a life for ourselves and possibly our daughter, who was diagnosed with malignant mesothelioma. We invested our equity from our family home in WA State, nearly all of our savings and my trust fund from my grandfather; nearly $800K total. We had been earning approx. 5% in our savings acct..
Bill Herf told us he could invest our money and earn us 10% or more. We told him our goal was to earn enough money to finish our house within 2-3 years.
Bill lied. He LOST approx. $125,000 of our portfolio within 17mos.!
Instead of earning 10% or more, as Bill lead us to believe he could earn us, he set us BEHIND over $60K of our principal investment!
We were referred by mutual friends. They had their money invested with him and so did their other family members.
They ALL filed lawsuits against him and they refuse to have any business dealings with him or his firm.
They had to sign a non-disclosure in order to get the settlement monies.
Because they were legally bound to keep the lawsuit against Bill between themselves, we had NO IDEA that Bill was not to be trusted!
In the month of Oct., our portfolio lost over $65K.
I called Bill hysterical and crying. I told Bill to take our money out of ANY volatile and risky investments. In Dec., just two months later, our portfolio lost an additional $55K!
If we had kept our money in our savings account, yielding 5% per month, we would have earned approx. $60K over the 17mos. Bill was managing our life savings!
Instead, we LOST that $60K+ in addition to the $60K+ from the money sent to him to manage and 'grow!'

I STRONGLY Urge People NOT trust Bill Herf!
He comes off as a super friendly, sincere family man, but when he loses loads of YOUR life savings, he has zero remorse or empathy. He says everyone should know that investing money with companies like his is always a risk.
Had we known we were at risk of losing so much of our principal investment, we would have kept our money in a secure savings account where we know it will earn % every month.
A man who worked on Wall Street for two decades looked through all of our statements.
He said whoever was managing our money, (Bill), was making routine, unnecessary trades so HE could earn commissions rather than putting our money in what was best for us.
The entire time, Bill was routinely taking money from our account for HIS fees.
Bill has NOTHING to lose and EVERYTHING to gain!
Bill laughed when I told him our money was in a 'savings account.' He assured me he could do 'way better,' for us.
