Absolutely horrible! Find another pool company.
Absolutely horrible! If we could, we’d give NO stars. We r leaving them after many years as their service is terrible and they are dishonest as to when they will show up.
We asked in April for our pool to be opened on May 15. The never showed up until the last week in June but kept promising that they would be here in a few days. This is not the first time that they’ve done that but it will certainly be the last time that they will do it with us.
Find another, more honest and reliable pool company than Imperial.
