Honest review
I stressed my concerns with my interactions with my agent. The managing broker did not respond quickly I as the client had to follow up frequently. I requested many times to terminate my contract with them. I consulted with an attorney. Finally after a stressful week of back and forth I was granted the termination of my buyers agreement. They asked that I pay some money for my agents time. I asked for a copy of my agreement with the words canceled written on it and unfortunately was never provided with a copy. Both my agent and the managing broker were a poor reflection of Baird & Warner.
I found an agent with a different agency and in weeks I sold and bought. New how.
