Negligent landlords
They bought the property next to my house more than a dozen years ago and they did a little to clean up a real hovel with a jungle in the back, but they did the bare minimum then stopped. Since then I have seen no property improvements, there are numerous huge trees threatening power lines, fences, weather heads, buildings and cars. Whenever there are storms tree branches fall on my property, and one has even just damaged my fence, and they will do nothing about it. There was a huge storm two months ago and branches are still lying all over the ground. The back yard turns into an impenetrable jungle that has never been cleared. Renters do not stay long.
