This retail business (Sprong Wear, LLC), doing business as Sprong Children’s Shoes, a children's shoe store on Roswell Road in Buckhead (Atlanta) Georgia was and is financed from ill-gotten money and revenue illegally derived, obtained & procured by its' Organizer and previous Registered Agent Vi Bui, a former attorney in Atlanta, Georgia who was recently convicted in federal court in Georgia for a tax shelter scam in violation of 26 U.S.C. 7212(a) & was subsequently sentenced to prison. The name of the registered agent was recently changed from Vi Bui to Sonia Levine Bui (his wife). Vi Bui's law partner James Sinnott was sentenced to 23 years in prison. Please do not support criminal enterprises like this, especially ones by owned & run by Sonia Elena Lancy Levine Bui, a totally dishonest person lacking in character, integrity & scruples.
