Love their products except their Ricotta Cheese.

I shop at Aldi’s and have been impressed with the variety and quality of Friendly Farms Dairy products. My only disappointment is their ricotta cheese, which I find grainy and tangy instead of creamy and sweet, as is Polly O’s, which my Italian family always uses. Wish they would adjust their recipe for the ricotta cheese.
