I reside in a community at a Northview Managed Property, Brasada Ranch in Powell Butte, Oregon. We love the community and the set up but the management by NVH is extremely punitive as a homeowner and they continually charge more and more each year and take away privilages. They like to play "Gotcha" once you move into the community. After two years we are already tired of their games and will be moving
