Don't get your order? They charge you anyway
I ordered a product from sun spot. When it was improperly delivered by their shipper, and then stolen, sun spot then refused to reship or refund my money. In their response they implied I got the product and filled a claim any way. I kept their response and happy to share it with anyone who asks.
In my opinion, I'd order from a company that believes in customer service, not insuling them. Even if it's a little more expensive. You'll be better off in the long run.
