pissed off client
We have dealt with Leo's for years but have never had the unacceptable service on our new RV. Our RV has been at Leo's for repair more than we have had it, we get it back and in it goes again. As everyone knows you have to book camping trips ahead of time and because of their inefficient service we have lost alot of money on cancelling trips. We are getting ready to lose $1000.00 on our next trip. They hold onto the RV and promise it will be done by a certain date and can't honor that. They have had it for almost 3 months and still can't get it right. No compensation, no satisfaction
