Don't verify patients info correctly.
Wasted my time this morning. Receptionist asks for id and your name I spell my last name and give my id and my last name is still wrong. They immediately blamed the other Dr office because that's how the order came through but what was the point of verifying me? I spelled my last name for them and that proved they didn't listen to me or look at my id to verify the patient. Very wrong doing. I will not trust a office that does not verify patients.
