A complete scam!
A complete scam! They took a massive deposit from us, stating nowhere in their policy or confirmation email that the deposit could not be refunded even if you cancelled during the free cancellation period, one of their agents even confirmed in writing the booking was refundable if cancelled before a certain date, and despite all this, they are not refunding the deposit and are not answering emails/messages. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST!
