Stay away from PLI and 60 West Broad ST
Stay away from PLI and 60 West Broad ST! Bad investment due to poor performing Prime Locations management company (David Amster). It has been said that employees and friends without legitimate business with PLI are leaving reviews, I have seen 14 years of PLI in my building. My BOD is too feeble and unaware. It is something out of Saturday Night Live skit...Years of issues unresolved...In short, there is no management - musical chairs with property managers, you are on your own... and the latest is my 2H rain water leak is going on 3 years and I get 1 meter wide puddles in my LR. There motto: "Its all about service" is an SNL skit.
