Bad and Awful experience
Had a very bad experience with this hospice agency in Indianapolis. Communication sucks. RN never communicated with us when our love ones were under their care. RN visits are always pretty quick, and only be seen twice a week. and HHA are lazy too..., if you don't remind them that patient need a bath, they never or do.., or they just did it very quick.
