The problems start at the top. Poor planning, Poor Communication, Poor Execution and management's willingness to accept this poor product. If it weren't for the Jake and Dale and the subs Burns employs, we would have kicked him off the job. Their desire to do the right thing saved this job. I do not recommend Burns Woodworking for any construction job.
