UNBELIEVABLY POOR EXPERIENCE - AUDI A4 AVANT
I travelled from Glasgow to Leeds in February to pick-up my 2018 Audi A4 - I had a test drive and was advised the clutch had recently been fixed
When I drove the car back to Glasgow the steering had a squeek so I decided to put it into Audi Hamilton to get a health check ... just as precaution.
After investigation it turns out the car had an oil leak from the gearbox, a part missing from the clutch which later led the car not being able to go into gear whilst I was driving on the motorway!!
I have had to pay for the car to be uplifted, have been left without the car for two months so pyaing finance, my dad is terminally ill with Cancer so have had to rely on taxis and friends to get me to the hospital. I also paid for an MOT 2 months after buying the car.
The service manager Andrew thought fixing a spring was a highlight advised that he test drove to find all was okay and Audi were pretty much making it all up?? (we have pictures and videos)
Jordan (sales manger) has been terrible at owning this and calling me back ... they pretty much washed their hands of this until I took it to trading standards. I am trying to unwind and am getting slow responses again from Jordan even though Im copying in the finance company and Bennetts.
They have sold me a car that had known issues, shown no compassion, no offer of a courtesy car and overall have just taken a back-seat to their MIS- SELL
I WOUD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN - PLEASE BEWARE OF BENNETTS AND THE FALSE PROMISES THEY MAKE!!!
