Very poor experience – avoid
I had a deeply disappointing experience. My case was mishandled from the start, and communication was poor throughout. The receptionist was incredibly rude and made several avoidable mistakes that directly impacted my care which was also dismissed by the owner. I expected professionalism and compassion, but sadly received neither. I wouldn't recommend this practice based on my experience.
