Group of volunteers purchased 56 units in Texas Costco took to Ohio to remodel food kitchen with volunteers. Units missing parts would not send parts without receipt that were in Texas even with pics of there products Thier web site says they have ur back that’s a lie, there site 30 days unconditional no questions asked that’s a lie, employees don’t know what there web site says poorly trained. Want to charge for free parts offered in owners manual, employees don’t know how to read manual. Want to charge more for replacement parts than we paid for entire unit. What a technical scammer of responsibility for quality control.
