Very unprofessional. Not recomedded to anyone. I ordered the visit for hair trimming and facial hair trimming. It was ordered sane day with 4 hours advance. My appointment was scheduled on 19.15 . When I have arrived at the place at 19.10 the doors were locked and the sign in window was saying that it is opened till 17.00.
The reservation has been done through Booksy. Confirmed by their employee with the phobe call to exactly make sure that it is enough time reserved.
It looks like people working at this business are not responsible people and doesn't care about the customer's time. Be wary of such behaviour. It could ruin your day or evening , like they did with mine.
