Hailey and Toni are very unprofessional, and will not communicate with you at any cost.
They will tell you a move in date four months in a row, promise you keys on recorded lines, and lie to you and your family's faces about every step of the process.
I've spoken personally to multiple people that have detailed the same issues, many who went and rented homes at other premises because the wait verged on times close to six months or more.
There are multiple accredited and non-anonymous reviews stating that there are bugs, unsafe or unclean living conditions such as dirt, black mold, and the dumpsters overflowing, (leading the mayor of Scottsburg to have to handle the situation with trash services personally, I guess the management forgot the trash services number)
Hailey and Toni will take every opportunity to do anything but be in the office. The amount of times I've seen Hailey come back to the office two hours late, (often the same day that a missed appointment was on) with a taco bell cup in hand is insane. I guess they'd rather go and eat taco bell and talk about how they aren't ACTUALLY managing any of the seven properties in Scottsburg and its surrounding area that they lucked into getting paid for nothing at.
