Stay away from this agency. I scheduled a showing for this apartment almost 4 weeks before it was available to rent. My showing was 3 days before the apartment was available. The agency company cancelled my appointment 3 weeks prior to the showing and ended up letting someone else get the apartment with no notice. I repeat do not engage with this agency. They resort to shady tactics in order to clear their market.
