Why did you file a claim with Medicare and my supplemental insurance for equipment I never needed? The Dr. on the claim has no idea who I am or who you are. She never ordered any equipment.
You said the Dr ordered a back brace, 2 leg braces and 2 arm braces. I would've had to been hit by a truck to need all that. All to the tune of $6,000 dollars. According to Medicare and my supplemental insurance, you got paid.
I've filed a complaint with the AG in FL, Medicare and my supplemental insurance.
