Operator or dispatch error
I called on a Sunday night the schedule a pick for my car. The car was scheduled for a diagnostic test for Monday morning at 8 am. Ten minutes before the appointment I called Kidd to ask where my tow truck was at. I was told my phone number didn't ring through for the dispatch operator. She called me from another line and it went right through. Long story short my car was a hour and a half late for it's appointment. 🙃 This is Tuesday and it's still there.
