Worst experience of my life with a realtor.
My Home was listed with Michael Pohlot. I had the worst experience and would never use or recommend this agent. When my property was listed, everything was handled by Michael's assistant. She had Absolutely no experience filling out a listing contract. It took his assistant 2 days to submit a contingent offer on my behalf, and I was told "We are too late, it's already under contract. I told her the day I looked at the property I wanted to submit an offer. Michael was never involved in any of the process, the contract, or answering my questions; never returned any calls. Ultimately, my listing was canceled. Beware before you contact them. This was the absolute worst experience.
