If you want to receive endless, impersonal marketing emails then Clarity Home Loans is the perfect fit. If you want a check-in call from the Customer Engagement team when you apply with the bank to refinance (thus cutting Clarity Home Loans commission) then Clarity Home Loans is the perfect fit. Noting, neither the Customer Engagement team or the Mortgage Broker we had reached out when our fixed rate period ended, the interest rates increased or decreased or at any other point during our mortgage.
However, if you want a mortgage broker who is engaged, informative, personable and responsive - pick ANYONE else!
