Don't use these people dreadful workmanship
R&R Auto's being the recommended bodyshop for BMW you would think have excellent service and quality.
Well think again. A repair of a deep scratch all the way down the passenger side of my husband Xi cost in total 2673.00 (some minor work also included in this) was returned to us (the first time) with cloudy patches on the paint work and polishing swirls that were underneath the lacquer. back into workshop, 2nd time, cloudy patches were now just a swirl of fine scratch marks and the car came back with two extra scratches on the wheel arch and a scratch alloy (diamond cut and paint), third return and one of the two scratches on the wheel arch is still there. In total R&R have had our vehicle for over 4 weeks absolute disgrace, only an explanation that this "normally" doesnt happen
