The staff is great, however the owner is an entitled person that will expect you to bend to his needs on anything with no flexibility
I had scheduled to have an item I purchased at an estate sale to be picked up at a later date with his staff.
When I called the owner to see if that time would work, he went on a tirade about how I was being ridiculous to ask about picking it up after I got off work.
He went on about how he lives an hour away from Memphis, well…maybe don’t do estate sales in Memphis then if you think it’s too far for you to handle?!?
If you buy something that needs to be picked up later, just be prepared to deal with one of the rudest humans I have encountered.
It doesn’t surprise me at all to read others comments about sexual harassment of women at estate sales. He’s that kinda guy!
