Waste of buying Eureka Forbes' Aquaguard water purifier, as totally waste customer support
The product is acceptable, but too costly, can't say it as cost effective. Plus customer care support is zero.
Recently bought aquaguard water purifier, the technician came to instal, selected the place forcefully, where I refused. Wanted to run the machine when very hot water was coming, due to sunny day. Then called his higher personnel, then he agreed to allow that hot water to flow and wait until warm water started to flow. I was all alone in house, he was ordering me to go to upstairs and close the water flow, then after questioning his order, he asked me to send my husband to stop the main water pipe, again I had to tell him that my husband is out of station, only I was at house...
His behavior was totally rude.
After fixing everything, the plug point nearby wasn't working, so he asked me to bring the extention which we were using for something else, he, with so great gesture ordered me to use that for the purifier until I find an Electrician to get that plug point repaired.

However, if you want to reinstall the product as per your preference it will happen on chargeable basis as dismantle charge of INR 300/- and re-installation charge of INR 475/- would be charged. Hence kindly revert us accordingly if you want us to proceed further.
We want you to know that our team is committed to providing you with the best possible outcome and we are dedicated to ensuring that your experience with us is a positive one.
2.So are you communicating to me that your first free installation will always be Improper, as it is free and you demand charge for the proper installation...
If so why should you send not so skilled person initially and stress us?
It would be better, if you would have sent a better professional and charge us.
If at all I should pay for you to get a unreliable skilled person, is it not advisable to arrange a better service provider, on whom I can rely, on my own by paying lesser than the amount you charge for?
