Joseph Cunningham came out to my place for a project I needed done Aug. 28, 2024. He told me he needed a $1200.00 retainer which I paid. I called him in December 2024 to ask how my project was coming along and he told me he had some projects that needed to be done by the first of the year. Well it is June 18, 2025 and I haven't heard a word from him. I guess I am one of those elderly people who got scammed
