Paid Thousands—Punch List Never Started Work
I signed a contract with Punch List LLC in fall 2024 for a bathroom remodel and paid the required 30% deposit upfront. Despite a walkthrough and months of back-and-forth, no work ever started. I was later asked to pay nearly $3,000 more—before anything had begun.
After canceling the contract per its own terms, I’ve made multiple good-faith attempts to recover my deposit: email, phone calls, certified letters, even a formal legal complaint. I’ve received no response whatsoever.
I’m writing this review after exhausting all private channels. I would still prefer to resolve this professionally—but I’ve been left without options. If this is addressed, I’ll gladly update or retract this review. Until then, I hope it helps others make informed decisions.
