Beware when using Core Title Services.
As a real estate agent representing the buyer, I've been dealing with an unresolved title issue from a closing they handled over five months ago. The problem with their title commitment was brought to their attention shortly after closing, yet they attempted to "fix" it using methods not approved by the title insurance underwriter.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved and has caused unnecessary stress and delays for my client. This has been far from the smooth, professional experience buyers and agents hope for.
