I had a very disappointing experience with Kondland Latinoamérica. From the beginning, I raised several concerns: classes were ending early, there was a 10-minute break after just 30 minutes of class (which made no sense), and when they returned, they would simply end the session. Activities on the platform were unclear and poorly explained. When my child missed a class, instead of offering a personalized makeup session as they claim, we were told to just watch the recording.
After only two weeks, the teacher was changed without notice. Eventually, due to all these issues, I decided to withdraw my child. They offered personalized classes to compensate, but we had already made the decision to leave and requested a refund.
Over the phone, they told me they understood, that they would refund the unused modules, and that the 15% penalty fee would not be applied—a fee that had never been mentioned when I enrolled. They said the refund would take 15 to 21 business days.
However, the very next day, I received a message saying that what I had reported was “not true” and that they would deduct the 15%. It seems their urge to keep the money blinds them and makes them contradict themselves, ignore the evidence, and treat customers unfairly.
I'm still waiting for the refund and hope they honor what they promised. I do not recommend this service.
